What I do
My name is Lena and I collaboratively work with people to help them make positive and lasting changes, from the inside out.
Through a combination of modern hypnosis and cognitive coaching methods, I help you deal with thoughts, emotions or behaviours that hold you back.

My approach
The holistic, client-centric approach I use, combines techniques from various therapy fields to support you effectively and efficiently.
When we meet for the first time - in our free Discovery Call - we have time to get to know each other. I’ll answer your questions and describe the process in more detail. You can tell me what is going on in your life and what you would like to work on. This call will help establish if you would like to do the work with me and I will be able to tell you if I genuinely feel that I can help you.
Our first therapy session together is a cognitive counselling session in which we identify the root cause of your challenge.
In the following sessions we use hypnosis as a tool to work with your subconscious mind. We will locate and resolve the causes of physical, mental and emotional disturbances.
Hypnosis, also called trance or passive state, is a very natural, relaxed state that we all go into daily, for example before falling asleep, when we daydream or are completely absorbed in a book or movie. This deeply relaxed state is very therapeutic for mind, body and spirit and allows us to make positive and lasting changes.
The combination of cognitive counselling and hypnotherapy means that we address and work with the whole & complete You - conscious mind, subconscious mind, body & spirit.
